You will remember that Dr.
P. M. OLIVER, ESC., H.P.
Shiels promised that a report from the
Governor of Hong Kong should be obtained
about the alleged sale of a child named
addnsad a Leung Mee, on which you questioned him
in the House of Commons on the 28th of
May.
Dr. Shiels is at Geneva, and
I am writing on his behalf to say that
the Governor has reported that in January
of this year a girl of a similar name
was voluntarily returned to her parents.
The Governor says that the information
in this case came from the local "Anti-
Liuitsai Society" by whom it was alleged
